COUNSELLING AND BREATHWORK WITH PAMELA MUIR
Counselling
My counselling practice is person-centred, which means your sessions are led entirely by you. There is no agenda, no fixed programme, and no right way to do it. You bring what’s alive for you, and we work from there.
I work with individuals across a wide range of life experiences. Click through to any of the areas to find out more.

Grief takes many forms and doesn’t always look the way people expect. Whether you’ve lost someone, lost a pregnancy, lost a relationship, or lost a version of your life you thought you’d have, there is space here to talk about it.
-
Trauma is the mind and body’s response to experiences that were too much, too fast, or too soon. If the past is still affecting your present, counselling can help you begin to move through it rather than around it.
-
Anxiety, burnout, depression, OCD, PMDD, and the particular exhaustion of just holding everything together. If your mind is working against you, let’s try to understand why.
-
Questions of identity, sexuality, gender, culture, and the full complexity of how we love and relate to others. Whoever you are and however you love, you are welcome here without explanation or apology.

For people whose minds work differently, and who are tired of being told that’s the problem. Counselling that works with how you actually think rather than how the world thinks you should.

Addiction is rarely just about the substance or the behaviour. There is almost always something underneath it. Counselling offers a space to understand it, without shame and without an agenda.

Chronic illness, menopause, loneliness, low confidence, family difficulties, and the countless other things that quietly make life harder than it needs to be. You don’t need to be in crisis to deserve support.
Breathwork
Conscious connected breathwork is something entirely different to counselling, and something entirely its own. Where counselling works through words, breathwork works through the body. The two can be offered separately or together, depending on what feels right for you.
Sessions last two hours and are available individually or as part of a regular group practice. If you’ve never tried breathwork before, the free introductory consultation is the perfect place to start.
Not sure where to start?
That’s completely fine. A lot of people arrive here without knowing exactly what they need. The free 20-minute consultation is just a conversation. No pressure, no commitment, and no expectation that you’ll have it all figured out before we speak.
Get in touch and we’ll work it out together.
